I just want to thank the Poetry Staff and Store Manager in Tygervalley. They really deliver excellent customer service. They know their clients and they are make an effort to help us. Well done to you ladies PLEASE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.... you by FAR THE BEST POETRY store.

I bought a dress online few weeks ago, my order was decline without me knowing what was happening and the online shop never inform me, they re-fund me without any communication, i was very disappointed... then i found the same dress at the Canal Walk store, and I explain to the shop assistance and her manager my situation and asked them if they can give me the dress for the same price as their online store (30% off), they refuse to do it, but i still purchase the dress because i love it. I went to my favorite Poetry store (Tygervalley) last week, and I explain to the Store Manager what happened and how Canal Walk refuse to give me the 30% off, without ANY FURTHER QUESTIONS she said i will do that anytime for you please bring the dress and we will give you the 30% back.... IS THAT NOT HOW YOU TREAT YOUR REGULAR CLIENTS?! WELL DONE TYGERVALLEY STORE MANAGER you must please share your secret with the other store manager so that they learn how to treat Regular customers. You and your ladies are always friendly and willing to help. We feel at home when we enter you store, we feel loved because you know your clients.
