DO NOT SHOP ONLINE WITH POETRY!!!

Unfortunately this is my 1st and very last time shopping with Poetry.<br> I only received part of my order, and have been trying to trace the other part of my order for 2 weeks!<br> Calling into customer services also does not help as they make false promises, and could not be bothered to contact or communicate with you.<br> <br> This parcel was bought for my moms birthday, which has now passed.<br> I also tried to email poetry directly, but had no response.<br> I am highly disappointed and definitely will make sure that no one i know shops with poetry again.
