Disappointed in Poetry’s Service and communication

Disappointed in the service from Poetry as a brand. I’ve waited a month for my delivery that I purchased online. I understand the lockdown has delayed business, then the CEO ‘apologizes’ and promises the world. That was about three weeks ago. Still no order and they have taken my money. If you know it‘a way past delivery deadline, at least communicate or update.

I keep on getting ‘refer to customer service’ who is useless. No concrete feedback or search for my order. Bitterly disappointed and won’t be supporting this brand in the future.
