Disappointed
Should have known that I won't be the only one complaining about their after sale customer service. Bought 4 tumblers online (after the instore sales representative did not offer to help me find the right glasses) then!!! They deliver 2 tumblers and 2 champagne glasses. What am I suppose to do with 2 of each? R400 and 3 emails later, still no reply. So disappointed. Thought they were fancy, turns out they lack basic skills. Seems that money can't buy style.

19 Jul 2023, 21:22And!!!!! I wanted to redirect my delivery, asked them to phone me. They just left it at the office!!!! Who signed for it?? I had to look for it the day after !!!
