Diasppointed

I have been a loyal customer for last 5 years. Love their styles and quality. I recently bought pyjamas and unfortunately had a shock when the colours came out at the first wash. Being confident with Poetry customer service i sent them an email after I realised a few people had the same problem with same PJs. Thought since they already know they would either stop selling them or respond to my complaint however they seem to have ignored the fact that they are retailing a faulty product.
