Delivery not received!

I ordered a dress online, from the Poetry store in Mall of Africa. I was told the dress would be delivered within the week but it never arrived. Contacted the store and was told they call me within the next week, that never happened. It’s been a month and I still haven’t received it. At this point, I just want a refund.
