Delivery / Customer Service

I placed an order with Poetry on Monday the 12th and chose the expedited shipment option which according to their website it is supposed to take 2-3 days. "Expedited Delivery (FREE over R1500 or R100) (Standard lead times are 2-3 days to main centres (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria). Up to 5 working days to regional & outlying areas.)" to my suprise when I call the courier which is dpd they say the delivery is scheduled for Monday. Now I cannot even cancel the order because apparently, they cannot cancel orders.
