Damaged delivery, poor instore customer service

Love Poetry itself. Really bad customer services and bad online delivery. I received a damaged package from online delivery as well as the incorrect perfume so when I tried to exchange it in the Sandton store I was told it’s a damaged package and couldn’t exchange it. I understand that it would be their loss to exchange it since it’s damaged but what am I meant to do now with the incorrect item? This has never happened to me at any store in my life.
