Customer service very poor

<p>I purchased online goods from Poetry Jan 2017. I recieved the parcel in good order, neatly packed. My only complaint is, that I wanted to return one of the 3 items I purchased. (I dont have a Poetry Store near to me) I phoned several times the customer care line, no answer. I emailed them 3 times, no reply. I just feel the after care is so bad, that I will never shop online by Poetry again!!</p>
