Customer dissatisfaction

I went to the store in mall of Africa on 2024 June 2021 and bought Ami Dress Blue, code on the receipt: ***, when I got home, I washed the dress before having to wear it, then when I worn it, the sleeves were too tight and it was uncomfortable for me, when I went today 29 June 2021 to have it changed, the store manager says it been washed and the colour is fading which I agree, but I'm concerned about the quality of the dress if the colour changes in one wash, and she says I therefore cant change the dress, so I cant have the dress that doesn't fit properly, I want my money back or another item, she refused to change it for me, I am very much disappointed with the service I'm getting and the quality of the dress
