Cold and slow service

<p>I have been to poetry stores Fourways twice and both these times I stood for about 20minutes because their systems couldnt process,every 2minutes someone would be called to the till to log on really.The final blow was yesterday when I went to fetch my laybye and found out that jacket was on sale,i asked if there was anything I could do to get it at the sale price but I was coldly brushed off by the two indian ladies who didnt seem to know much about the system processes as they kept on calling the black lady from the floor.Truly speaking i rather go to pep than poetry because the service there is 110% compared to Poetry.I am still angry and disappointed,and I am not spending my hard earned cash ever there.</p>
