cashless tills??????????????????????????????????????????

Brooklyn Mall Poetry stores never have cash for refunds!!! on 2 occasions I have attempted to return items for full refund only to be told they have no cash (at 14:00 in the afternoon) on a Satruday!!! What pathetic service is this. If I paid cash I want my cash back - not a refund on a c/c.
