Bad service

I'm very disappointed with the service l got from Poetry stores, l bought a pair of shoes online which was returned on the 25th July up until today l still didn't get feedback regards to my refund .Online suppose to be easy and convenient clearly that's not the case with them , can l have my money back asap!!!
