BAD SERVICE AT POETRY ONLINE STORE

I have ordered online a pair of sneakers and was told that my delivery date would be 18 August 2025, till today nothing came through after sending several emails and making calls. I am not happy with the service; I have paid my money and I'm not sure if I have been ****med or not. Please send my order or my money.
