Bad service

Im extremely unhappy with poetry pavillion, i bought a dress for my granmothers funeral i used my fnb card upon the purschasing the dress and fortunaletly i no longer have the card, i went into the store yesterday around 10 in the morning and i was assisted by Natalie, who said she will give me a call when they had the funds, i had to wait over two hours for the call and still today no one has called me, i called head office and spoke to Alphonsine who was also no help whatsoever i ended up not getting my money also not call from Natalie till this day...im extremely disspointed at the level of service
