Bad Customer Service

I ordered a shoe online. The wrong shoe was delivered. It’s been 8 days. I am still sitting with the wrong shoe, no effort to deliver the right shoe was made. No effort to collect even the wrongly delivered goods. No refund. No calls. I have to call and email their offices and their courier!

Highly annoyed. All I wanted a leather loafer, not this drama.
