Bad customer service and dishonesty!

Disgusting customer service and lies. I ordered a skirt on Monday of which delivery states 2-4 working days. First of all no communication is given that your parcel has been released to the delivery guys, secondly when I call the call centre, the agent **** and said delivery is 5-7 wd and I have to go to their website and read for her, after reading for her she then says today is only day four and I’m like yet I have not received my tracking number nor my parcel which I urgently needed hence I ordered and believed in their turn around time! She dropped my call! I keep calling back and trying to get through but it keeps saying lines are busy! They are the worst “contemporary store” bad customer service for people who are supporting the business!
