Bad attitude from Heather Govender at Poetry Pavillion

I went to Pavillion Poetry and I bought 4 door knob’s which were priced R99 each however scaned R110 at the till , and I had a voucher of R100 that I wanted to use . Heather was called to override and do a price change to R99 per item, subsequently I was told I could use my voucher because they had manually overriden. Which wasnt my problem. However the attitude that I received from Heather was very bad , she didn’t explain that firstly, secondly she had no care merely said the will put it aside and I will come back another day. She was utterly rude at some point she told me she wasnt my cashier and stormed out of the store in a frenzy also refusing to assist me further, after I had pointed out her poor service and attitude.

The was a mature indian lady and african lady who seeked alternative to assisting me and assisted very well and pleasantly.

However Heather was rude and actually ruined my retail therapy experience.

She is full of herself and doesn’t understand customer service.
