Bad after sales service

Worst online shopping experience ever! Bought item that was on sale during beginji of April. Ordered 1 dres a jumsuit and a pair of sneakers. Received ny order yesterday and the sneakers was left out. I emailed customer care and their excuse was thar that spesific pair was out of stock and that they now refunded me after I asked where the missing items were. They did this without asking me. I went onto the online store just now only to see that the specific sneakers are in actual fact well in stock. Priced at more than double what I paid for. Customer care is useless and they are not helpful in any way! I am a frequent online shopper but Poetry is the worst!
