ATROCIOUS SERVICE FROM POETRY STORES

Poetry Stores obviously does not need business, in these dire financial times!!! I ordered a jersey from the Eastgate store, approximately 3 weeks ago, and was told it would take roughly 2 weeks to be delivered from the Woodlands store (which had stock) to the Eastgate store. To date, I have not received my jersey. I have had to make 2 phone calls to the Eastgate store to follow up - no one from the store contacted me to advise on the progress. Today I am told that all their drivers are off sic****! Their Head Office has not made alternate arrangements to have customers' orders sent out, no one has contacted customers to advise that they do not have drivers! Atrocious service from Poetry! I used to be a good customer, however, I will not be spending any more money there, that's for sure!!!! In addition, the service at the Eastgate store is very, very slow! The sales representatives, although helpful and pleasant, do not put any energy into their service, they amble along and they take forever at the tills, they constantly talk and chat to each other, in the store, at the tops of their voices! It's not very pleasant at all!!! POETRY, something else you should be addressing! I reiterate, try another organisation other than Poetry. They used to be really good, now they are TOTALLY ****!!!!!
