An angry customer. Poor services from poetry Rustenburg

Return policy for poetry stores is horrible. This company must just close down, the workers at poetry Rustenburg are rude and have no customer value. I have requested to return an item for over a month with no response. When I finally get the chance to visit the store they tell me about their 60 day policy. I feel so unfairly treated. I had the same situation with them already in 2022, it’s now 2025 and still no work in progress. Whats the point of having a website when we can return things. Gosh!
