Account Payment

<p>I wanted to make a payment on my RSC card at the Poetry store in the Kolonnade. After the payment was declined, I received a notification that I made a purchase and money was deducted from this account. They promised that this will be sorted out in 2 days and it's been way over. They just indicated that they don't know how this happened without taking resposibility. I keep sending emails and no one is responding. It's empty promises all the way. Please don't expect good service from Poetry in the Kolonnade.</p>
