Absolutely shocking online service

I purchased a blouse on their website on the second of August. After not receiving it after two weeks I emailed them and called them about 10 times. No one rep**** to any of my emails and they hardly ever answer calls. I left four voice messages and have yet to receive a call back. I finally received my parcel and the blouse was dirty! I tried to call the customer service on Friday but no answer!
