Not rendering service

PMF make you pay for connectivity that they don't provide. Than conveniently put the blame on loadshedding but this is happening randomly and not even in loadshedding time slots. No one want to take accountability for their actions the connectivity is more off than on. The number to contact them are never answered. I received a queue number for my query logged on the 8th of Jan till to date no one ever contacted ne or follow up regarding my issue!
