STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHINESE ****

STAY AWAY! Terrible communication! Tell me my product is on its way, only to find out a week later that my product is no longer available. Was offered an alternative, only to be told it is now stuck in China somewhere. It has been almost a month, they have my money, and I have no goods. Any attempt at a refund is simply ignored and met with generic AI replies. This company should be CLOSED DOWN!
