Frustrating , Feedback - gaslighting
If you're planning to receive your order in a reasonable timeframe. Use another company. Customer service will tell you that 'they understand' and will 'follow-up' But, this is just nonsense to keep you complacent. 1 month after ordering, I haven't received my order yet, and who knows If I will. Rather try Ali-Express, Amazon, Takealot. Don't believe the average process or delivery time. And refunds cannot be processed if you don't have the product Tread carefully

Absolutely pathetic, they sold me a screen for my oukitel which doesn't work, it's been a month and I'm still waiting for a refund, they have tried to tell me it's a software glitch, tried to get me to flash my phone, anything but collecting their **** and giving me a refund, this company is another face to PMC jewellery which is a known *******, do not buy, they do not uphold warranties and they refuse refunds by ****ing you around for months on end in the hopes you give up
