Pmc techlife poor quality and service. No guarantee

Pmc jewelery has renamed themself to pmc techlife. I would have done the same if i had so many poor reviews.

I ordered a phone screen assembly for a Nubia neo 2. This took long to get here. I was patient. I had the screen installed at n reputable establishment and had screen protector fitted. I noticed the phone running a little bit hotter than usual as it is a gaming phone. Did not think to much of it. The phone never fell or was under any sort of pressure to have had what happened next. The phone screen assembly simply split appart. As if the glue they used was made in china and is meant to work only a short while. This was within 2 weeks of the part arriving. I then emailed them and logged a query. Almost instantly they started accusing me of neglecting the phone or having dropped it. I took the phone back to the installer and he said the problem is not on the parts he assembled but the screen assembly itself.

I brought it under the attention of pmc but still they argued. I sent through photos and a video aswell as an indepth explanation. To nosuccess. There is a 6 month guarantee on the assembly To be without a phone that is needed for business purposes for that amount of time is horrible. Theyre suggestion is to wait for a response.

After readin the reviews of the company i am very angry at myself for doing business with a company with such terrible reviews and also arrogant staff.

Please think twice before buying from them. There are many other companies with the same pricing as them. Just Google. Wish i could give zero stars.
