Poor customer support from PMC

Purchased an s22 ultra screen as it stated original in the product description. The screen does not have the fingerprint scanner. Contacted customer support with pictures of the screen and the missing fingerprint scanner. Customer support sent me a link to their returns page on their website. Submitted a return which was then subsequently rejected. Contacted customer support again. No reply.
