PMC Jewelry Bad service

I bought a phone from PMC JEWELRY, upon delivery the phone was not working, I advised them and logged a return request which states that I will get my full refund. This was in November. I still have not received my refund and they are giving me the run around after I followed they return instructions.

Very horrible service They do not care about they consumers Never buy from them
