PMC Jewellery - suspect con/***** business

Be very careful to order anything from PMC Jewellery. I ordered 4 items 22 Jan 2023. Their website states 1-3 days to sort then they promise an update after dispatched for delivery to track your parcel. It has been 10 days and I have not even received any info regarding tracking of my parcel.

I have attempted many times to contact them and still no answers in regards to where they sit with my items. I have attempted to place reviews on their own website, but they are not being published.
