I ordered a BE5000 rooter after months of waiting they sent me a BE3600 all in Chinese. I have being in communication with them but all you get is a lot of nonsense. You cannot contact them as there is no contact number, they say there is shop in Natal, no contact number only a address which I don't think exists. I think they are a bunch of ****mers taking your money and sending you *******.
