PATHETIC SERVICE FROM PMC JEWELLERY

TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM PMC JEWELLERY. I purchased a watch from them it was faulty I had 7 days to return so they asked me to make a video and send of what is happening I sent them a video then I returned the watch I paid for my own courier to send it. They sent me a video showing there is nothing wrong with the watch and they don't want to give me my full refund. I have been sending emails to them they are telling me that it is a change of mind when it's not. It is So hard for this business to accept that they watches are all faulty and coming directly from China because they don't keep stock on hand . I have no idea if that video they made was using another new watch but all I can see here is that they refuse to fully refund me. Please people be aware of this business and let others know that they are full of ****, they do not even provide a contact number what kind of business does this to customers .
