Dysfunctional Product and Poor Service

I ordered a cable lock for my laptop which didn’t work, and got stuck in my laptop. I had to pay a locksmith to get it removed. Upon contacting PMC about the issue, they kept saying to me they’d get back to me, but never did. Don’t recommend this company to anyone.
