DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!

I bought a phone from them in october of this year, the phone took over a month to come with me having to pay additional costs as correct shipping information was captured, when i got the Phone in november it was already on , it dead and is dead since then it refuses to charge, i have requested a refund and followed all their instructions but still nothing ,, Do no buy from these people
