Buyer beware! This Durban based jewellery company markets themselves as if they carry stock, but the reality is, once you place an order, weeks later only then will they place an order directly from China, and wait for Buffalo to courier it to your door. In my case, I waited weeks for the incorrect item to be shipped. Although I'm eligible for a full refund according to their return policy, trying to arrange a return is impossible. In total, I've sent 4 emails on the matter with poor response each and every time. After several days of repeating myself, I was finally directed to go to "pmcjewellery.returnscenter.com" in order to log a return. This is where I found out that I, as the customer, must pay and arrange for a courier to send the item back through to them! They don't arrange anything! So as a customer, not only have I lost time and money ordering with them, in order to get a full refund, I must spend more money in order to correct their mistake! Don't spend your hard earned money with this company. Everything about them is dodge! This is why their Facebook reviews are posts, and not actual reviews by people.
