Absolutely Appalling Service and even worst Product. Its a total ****!!!

****s, ****s, ****s!!! I would give them zero stars if that was an option!!! I ordered the Pet Tracker. It took forever to arrive and when it did arrive it took an entire day to get the thing to work. Finally it worked. It was online for about 6 hours, but the location was far from accurate, Since then it has just been "öffline" you can not track it and it stays "offline" all the time. I have spent hours and hours with different sim cards, rebooting it and following all the complicated instructions again and again in the hope that it would go 'önline" It never went online again. I then reached out to PMC for support 38 emails back and forth promising to attend to the issue. Asking for videos not once but numerous times. and then blaming me in the end for the product not working. This is the last reply I received.... This is the item you ordered P03 2G Waterproof Pet GPS Tracker GPS+AGPS+WiFi+LBS Locator The headline clearly states that it is a 2G device so the problem is your device was not on 2G from the on set which caused the item to be defective and we can not be responsible for that . PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FORM THEM, IT'S A **** AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU IF THE PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK!!! THEY ARE PRETENDING TO BE A SOUTH AFRICAN COMPANY, BUT THEY ARE SELLING SUB STANDARD CHINESE PRODUCTS!!
