Worst service ever experienced

PMC Electronics is a terrible company, with the worst service I have ever experienced. They took my dishwasher in for repairs and when I received it back I saw that they broke the door and the upper and bottom racks inside the dishwasher. Donovan, one of the owners, shouted at me when I reported the problem to him. He was extremely rude. They took it back for repairs, but refused to fix the door - they expected me to pay for the door! This was one of my worst experiences whilst dealing with a company. Will never use them again.
