Unprofessional poor service - avoid this company

I have never experienced such unprofessional customer service in my life. Referred to Donovan by LDS I had to deal with a lady who assured me Donovan is sitting next to her and that he can hear everything, but not prepared to talk to me. I previously had someone working on a Samsung Fridge and just need a few questions answered to enable me to decide if it was worthwhile to get repaired. Unfortunately, it looks like the other reviews are hitting the nail on the head. Not a company to deal with at all.
