I took my TV in for a repair (plse note that it is a standard part that had to be replaced). They took money from me as well as the tv - knowing that they did not have parts. A day after it was handed in, we received a sms to come and collect the tv as they could not repair it due to lack of parts. On enquiry about the deposit we paid they smugly rep**** that it will not be refunded. Please take care - they are very unclear as to what you pay for wheh you hand in your goods. They rude lady at reception tells you it is for a deposit - and afterwards they refuse to hand it back. Also - why take in tv's if you know you are not up to it to repair it - seems like an easy buck was made at my expense.
