Think twice before using PMC Electronics

PMC Electronics had to replace the P.C Board on our 13kg front loader Samsung washing machine due to lightning damage. The washing machine is new and we purchased it a few months ago. They contacted us on 29/01/2015 to deliver the washing machine: We had 3 issues namely:<br> 1) Wendy's attitude towards customers - she is rude and forgot that they are actually suppose to service customers<br> 2) they delivered the washing machine in the rain - open delivery vehicle with no canopy and no protection against the rain. Even normal plastic or blankets would do...???<br> 3) Scratches on the door of the washing machine <br> <br> PMC electronics did work at our house last year and had to reverse the two handles of our upright freezers. They scratched the one freezers and refused to take blame for the damage. They claimed that the freezer was received from the factory in that condition.<br> <br> Rather consider someone else if you need any repair work even if you have to pay more. There is a 9/10 chance that you will have complaints afterwards.<br> <br> Utterly disappointed with them<br> <br>
