Terrible service from PMC Electronics

Terrible terrible terrible service. After 2 attempts our fridge was not fixed, it was just scratched and they take no responsibility. We are still waiting for our fridge. Employee and manager very unhelpful and unfriendly. We have to phone continiously for an update, just to hear: "Still in the workshop". There is really no effort for good customer service, they just don't care.
