Started good ended bad

The pre-sale service was excellent. Worker carried my stove into the shop from my car for me & I was helped fairly quickly and the price for the spare part was reasonable. From there it all went south...

Bought a spare stove plate only to find the original plate was in working condition & just needed to be plugged in.

Returned the unused plate with receipt within 4 days of purchase. Return refused. Discussed the matter with PMC & informed them I would be referring them to the CGSO if the R155 worth return was not accepted. Still refused. It is a matter of principle for me not a matter of the R155. Opened a case at the CGSO.
