Poor Service and Poor Workmanship

We took our washing machine in to be serviced and sort out a small drainage problem. According to the invoice the drainage pump was replaced and the machine was cleaned and tested. When we connected the machine up at home and wanted to give it a test run we noticed that the inside of the machine was filthy and had not be cleaned. We cleaned it up and gave it a test run to check if everything was ok. Unfortunately the machine flooded our garage and had a huge leak that was not there before we took it in to be serviced and repaired. When my wife phoned PMC to tell them what was happening they informed her that we had to bring the machine back otherwise they would charge us a call out fee to come and inspect their poor work at our home. They also informed her that we could have damaged the machine while transporting it back home. The issue is that they obviously didn’t clean the machine as we had to do that ourselves and they obviously didn’t test the machine after they replaced the drainage pump otherwise they would have picked up the huge leak. Poor service and very poor work quality!!!!
