PMC Electronics - Worst and Most Unfriendly Experience of My Life

I recently had the worst and most unfriendly experience ever with this service center. I brought my Siemens coffee machine in because I was having trouble reinserting the brewing unit after cleaning it. I didn't want to force it and risk breaking it, so I asked for their help to insert it back properly.

After a week, I received a call saying the unit had been inserted. However, when I picked it up, I discovered that the unit had been inserted the wrong way. I returned it immediately to have it fixed.

A few days later, I received a phone call from the manager, who claimed that I had broken the brewing unit by inserting it the wrong way. They insisted that their technician was not responsible and told me it would cost R2600 to replace the brewing unit.

My sister had a similar experience with them. It took them three attempts to repair her coffee machine, and after the third time, the same issue still persisted. They consistently blamed her for the problems, refusing to take responsibility for their mistakes.

This entire experience has been extremely frustrating. Not only were the issues mishandled, but the staff was also unhelpful and unwilling to take responsibility for their errors. I feel cheated and disappointed by their poor service and lack of accountability.

I would not recommend this place to anyone.
