Pmc electronics no online support

Woman answering phone sounds efficient, but she is actually rude. Why is PMC not on Internet? No website, no Facebook, no WhatsApp, no email address. Samsung refers to them as approved agent. Apparently I have to visit them physically to order the necessary spare part and pay the deposit; then go in again if and when the part has arrived. Apparently they have no nearby competition to rattle their comfy cage.
