I contacted them on Friday 11th January to repair Samsung Side By Side Fridge/Freezer and was immediately informed payment must be upfront, which I immediately did, the technician came on Monday afternoon, the appliance is working but he said he needs to come back to fit a part he does not have with him. I tried phoning the lady at PMC Electronics, who does not want to talk to me because it is not a new service request, have tried twice now, and she says she is busy with other clients.
