LCD screen picture worst than before

I Should have read Hello Peter before I did business with PMC ELECTRONICS. My experience is very similar to Mr Roelof Venter dated 20 February 2015 on Hello Peter. Roelof if you read this please contact me on *** because I am taking this matter further and just like you feel deceited! It is worthwhile to mention I contacted SAMSUNG for a reference who to use to fix my LCD. PMC is one of there accredited agents in Pretoria. In short, I delivered my LCD at there offices explaining the problem.They phoned me back and said my LCD will be ready at 10 the next morning. I pick it up and installed it at home. In total I paid them R1300 already. The problem was still the same, in fact worst. I returned it the same day. The next day they phoned me to collect, apparently fixed. Meanwhile, I bought a new Samsung that works perfectly on the same installation. On picking it up they told me there is nothing wrong with the TV and I should check my caballing. I told them about the new TV and that it could not be the caballing. They don't have any High Definition equipment to check and refused to come out and check at my house. I even offered to pay them double the monies if I'm wrong! *****?
