Incompetence!! Samsung fridge couldn't be fixed with 2 attempts

Samsung double door fridge repair: *********** technician.

My fridge was heating up on the refridgerator side, but working perfectly on the freezer side. I went to PMC Electronics, where I paid what they refer to as call-out fee, amounting to R900, and told that an electrician would come out. I was also told that if spares are needed, I would still have to pay for them.The technician came out and said he needed to replace the element, which I paid R1200 for. The fridge worked for 2 weeks, then it started to warm up. I called them, the technician came out, and said there was blockage in the element, which he said he unblocked. He assured me that the problem was resolved permanently. After 2 weeks, the fridge started heating up again. If I had read the reviews before visiting them, I wouldn't have gone. I don't even have the confidence of calling them for the third time!! They are just ***********!! Period!!
