Flat screen Smart TV

My day at PMC Electronics , I took my flat screen smart TV in for a check - been told its an electrical issue and it can't be repaired - asked for a damage report, once it got the the insurance the insurance called them and they told insurance that its wear and tear - now the insurance won't pay out cause they 2 faced people not saying what they wrote in the damage report - don't waste you time and money
