Fast, effective service on our microwave, with good customer interface.

PMC have been keeping our 1985 Sharp Microwave alive as its components age. We can't find a new microwave with the right features, and they have always been able to source the spares. They collected, repaired and delivered with a reasonable fee and repaired in a few days. When I phoned in they asked if they could phone back, as they were serving a face-to-face customer. I appreciate this no-so-common courtesy to customers in the shop.
